What sizes are available in your bedding?
Our sheets come in five sizes- full, queen, king, split king, and California king. Our pillowcases also come in two sizes- standard/queen and king.
What mattress depth will your sheets fit?
Our deep pocket space has a 15 ½” to 16” corner depth and fits up to a 20” mattress. This fits 99% of all mattresses manufactured.
What colors are available in your bedding?
At this time our sheets and pillowcases come in Classic White with an elegant bead of white satin trim on the flat sheet and pillowcases.
What's included in the sheet set?
The full, queen, king, and California king sheet sets include 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet and 2 pillowcases. The split king sheet set includes 2 fitted sheets. All fitted sheets have an elastic band all the way around to ensure a good fit.
What is the recommended care for your bedding?
Nollapelli bedding is extremely easy to care for. We recommend machine washing on warm with like colors and tumble drying on low.
What is the recommended care for your eye mask?
For our Restorative Eye Mask, we recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying.
How easily does your bedding wrinkle?
To minimize wrinkling it is recommended to remove sheets and pillowcases promptly from the washer and dryer. If necessary a warm iron can be used.
Does your bedding need to be washed before first use?
We recommend machine washing our bedding separately on warm and tumble drying on low before first use.
Does your eye mask need to be washed before first use?
Our eye mask does not need to be washed before first use.
What is the actual composition of your bedding fabric?
Our woven, signature patent-pending bedding fabric is comprised of 45% eco-friendly Tencel® lyocell, 35% cool and smooth nylon, and 20% fine Pima cotton.
What fabrics are used in your eye mask?
The skin-facing fabric of our Restorative Eye Mask is a special nylon that contains a naturally occurring mineral additive. The outside-facing fabric is 95% silk + 5% spandex.
What is the thread count of your bedding?
While thread count is considered by some as a measure of quality, it is important to understand that thread count simply refers to the number of horizontal and vertical threads per square inch. We believe that true quality comes from what’s inside, that’s why we use the highest caliber yarns in our construction. Nollapelli's thread count of 300 results in bed sheets and pillowcases that are light and breathable with a natural drape.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our team at hello@nollapelli.com within 30 days of delivery for full return or exchange. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. All items must be postmarked within the 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping is free. Nollapelli will generate a label and send via email. All returned items that have been taken out of the original packaging will be donated.

This means that every aspect of our fabrics- down to the thread- meet the strict limit values for hundreds of harmful substances. Nollapelli's OEKO TEX mark also confirms compliance with specific European, American and Chinese regulations (REACH, CSPIA, GB18401) and thereby the human ecological safety of Nollapelli products through all stages of production.
